Chloramphenicol
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the use of chloramphenicol will increase the effect of Sildenafil by affecting the patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.
Isosorbide dinitrate
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the combination of this drug either increases the effects of the other by vasodilation which leads to fatal hypotension.
Nitroprusside sodium
The use of this drug is contraindicated because the combination of this drug either increases the effects of the others by pharmacodynamic synergism.
Enzalutamide
Use alternative drugs because the use of enzalutamide will decrease the effect of Sildenafil by affecting patient hepatic and intestinal enzyme metabolism.
Acetazolamide
Therapy should be administered with caution because the use of Sildenafil increases the effect of acetazolamide by pharmacodynamic synergism and it also increases the risk of hypotension.
The use of this medicine can lower blood pressure and when combining it with alcohol further increases the effect. You may experience dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, flushing, headache, and heart palpitation. Also, avoid consuming grapefruit juice because it may increase the effect of avanafil on blood levels.
Cardiovascular disease:
The use of phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme inhibitors is contraindicated in patients with cardiovascular disease. A doctor should consider the vasodilatory effects of this drug and whether they may affect patients with cardiovascular disease. The use of this drug may increase the risk of angina pectoris, AV block, myocardial infarction, ventricular arrhythmia, tachycardia, palpitation, hypotension, postural hypotension, syncope, cerebral thrombosis, cerebrovascular hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, cardiac arrest, heart failure, and hypertension. These events can occur during or after sexual activity.
Renal dysfunction:

Description: Vaginal thrush is a common occurrence in women. The Food and Drug Administration isof the wonder drug's recommendation for the treatment of female infertility. In addition, the effect of a single oral dose of the wonder drug (Vaginal thrush) is not well-studied in women. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effect of a single oral dose of the wonder drug Vagiframine (Fluconazole) (Vaginal®) on the pharmacokinetics of the first-generation antifungal (Fluconazole) and reference drug (Sildenafil) and on other antifungal agents. A total of 150 women with no known female infertility were given one of the first-generation antifungal agents. Their pharmacokinetics were evaluated at the beginning, end, and 3 months of treatment. At the end of 3 months of treatment, the mean plasma concentrations of Sildenafil and the first-generation antifungal were 1.3 and 1.1 mg/mL, respectively, while those of the reference drug were 0.2 and 0.2 mg/mL, respectively. There was no significant difference in their terminal half-life between the two drugs. The mean AUC values of the reference drugs were 2.3 and 2.5 μg/h, and those of the first-generation antifungal were 3.6 and 3.6 μg/h, respectively. The mean AUC values of the reference agents were 1.1 and 1.0 μg/h, and those of the first-generation antifungal were 0.9 and 0.9 μg/h, respectively.Viagra has been shown to cause some mild side effects. In Cyprus, the country’s most profitable pharmaceutical company has just started accepting applications for foreign generic drugs.
Cherie Légendary, the company’s chairman, said she was happy to accept the applications.
“We are glad to be working with a foreign partner for our business,” said Légendary. “For us, there is no need for us to offer our products to other countries.”
Légendary and another member of the Cyprus-based pharmaceutical company, Pristiq, had applied for a foreign-based version of Pfizer’s Viagra, which has become the world’s most-used drug in recent years.
Pristiq’s patent on Viagra was set to expire in June 2023, making it the most-used drug in the country for erectile dysfunction, according to an article posted at.
Pristiq, based in Cyprus, has a patent on the medication Viagra that expires on March 31, 2023.
Pristiq will now be able to offer the same product as Viagra, the company said.
It has said that its market share has grown from about 20% in 2005 to 70% in 2012.
“With our innovative product, we are committed to meeting our customers’ needs,” said Légendary.
Pristiq, which has been launched in Europe since 1999, has been the first company to offer the drug to its customers.
Pristiq, which has a patent on the medication Cialis, was the first pharmaceutical company to produce the drug in Europe. The company has been in business since 2002.
In Cyprus, Pfizer and other European pharmaceutical companies applied for the patent of their product Viagra, Cialis, which was launched in the UK in May 2003.
Pristiq had applied for the drug in 2005, but in 2008, the application was refused by the company.
Légendary, who has been involved in international affairs, said she was happy to work with Pfizer on developing the product and to offer it to foreign partners.
“For us, there is no need for us to offer our products to other countries,” she said.
She added that she was satisfied that Pfizer and other European pharmaceutical companies were working with other companies to offer their products to the island’s population.
The company will be able to launch its own generic version of Viagra in the next three years.
Légendary said that although Pfizer did not have the right to issue a generic patent on the Viagra drug, the company was permitted to do so.
She said that Pfizer had the right to apply to the country’s patent on the drug, which is a term of the patent protecting Pfizer’s Viagra.
“In Europe, we have the right to apply for a patent on our own products. That is the same right that we have to apply to other countries,” said Légendary.
Pfizer is one of the world’s largest drug companies, with an annual sales of around $2.6 billion.
In Cyprus, Pfizer has been the world’s largest pharmaceutical company with an annual sales of around $1.8 billion.
The company has been in business since 2002, and its business has been in operation since 2006.Pristiq’s patent on Viagra is set to expire in June 2023.
Cherie Légendary said that the company has been applying for a foreign-based product in Cyprus since 2000, and it is the first company to offer the drug to its customers.
Légendary said that the company is looking for a “product which will compete directly with our main competitor,” Viagra.
Légendary said she would be happy to work with a foreign partner to develop the product, but she said it was important that it was submitted to the country’s patent laws.“We are happy that the patent is set to expire in June 2023,” she said.
She said that in order for the product to be available to the public, the company will have to offer its generic version to foreign customers. If it is not available, the company will have to offer another generic version.
WILMINGTON, Del. —A drugstore that sells the latest ED drug, Cialis, has pulled a similar action to sell the antidepressant sildenafil, the drug used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, the Food and Drug Administration said Wednesday.
The Food and Drug Administration said it has received reports of Cialis’s recall and the recall of the drug’s packaging, which is produced by the firm and sold under its trade name, Viagra.
The recall comes just five days after the FDA released safety data indicating that it may affect the blood pressure treatment Viagra, which is also being sold under the brand name Revatio.
Sildenafil, the drug used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, is sold under the brand name Revatio in more than 100 countries. Viagra’s manufacturer, Pfizer, sells the drug for about $10 per pill.
Sildenafil and Revatio are prescribed for people with erectile dysfunction, or impotence.
The FDA said Cialis’s label warns of possible interactions with certain medications.
“This recall could affect the efficacy and safety of our products,” said Janet Woodcock, the FDA’s acting director of medical research.
Pfizer, which makes Viagra, said in a statement it is working with the FDA to prevent further recalls of the drugs.
The FDA said it is working with the FDA to identify any drug-related recalls that may have occurred after the FDA recalled Viagra and Revatio. A list of the drugs in Viagra’s recall includes Cialis, Stendra, Avanafil, Cialis Daily and Stendra and Stendra/Avanafil combination pills, as well as the generic version of the drug.
It’s the first time the FDA has recalled drugs sold under its trade name, Revatio.
Viagra is available in a 50 mg and 100 mg strengths. Revatio is available in 5 mg, 10 mg and 15 mg strengths.
Cialis has been recalled for its safety and effectiveness after the FDA and a spokesman for the Food and Drug Administration said the recall is not related to the drug’s use in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
The FDA said that it is alerting consumers to the potential impact on blood pressure and heart rate of the drugs’ use in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension.
The FDA said it is taking additional action by alerting people to the possibility of drug interactions and reminding them to avoid the drugs that contain sildenafil and tadalafil.
“FDA does not recommend that consumers refrain from using Viagra or any other drugs that contain sildenafil and tadalafil,” Woodcock said.

Cialis, a prescription-only medicine, is used to treat erectile dysfunction. The FDA has recalled several drugs including Viagra, Stendra, Avanafil and Cialis Daily.
“We are taking an important step to ensure that people with PDE5 inhibitors are not using these drugs,” said Janet Woodcock, the FDA’s acting director of medical research.
Viagra is sold under the brand name Revatio.
Viagra and Revatio are prescribed for people with erectile dysfunction, or impotence.
The FDA says it has received reports of a recall of sildenafil, the drug used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, the drug’s main cause of death in men.
